BrainGPS (Brain Geodesic Positioning System): This system utilizes supercomputing resources to provide cutting-edge image analysis technologies to users. Currently the SaaS includes:
1) Multi-atlas anatomical segmentation of T1-weighted images
2) DTI processing and multi-atlas white matter segmentation
3) Calculation of quantitative susceptibility map and multi-atlas segmentation of deep nuclei
4) Resting-state fMRI analysis and atlas-based connectivity analysis
5) Calculation of cerebrovascular reactivity map and atlas-based regional quantification tool
6) Calculation of cerebrovascular reactivity map from resting-state fMRI data
7) Calculation of arterial spin labeling map and atlas-based regional quantification tool
8) Generation of basis sets for 3T brain MR spectroscopy data

BrainKnowledge

BrainKnowledge (Atlas-based 3D Database for Brain Knowledge): This software provides a new experience in neuroscience knowledge database through brain anatomical images at three different spatial scales, including high-resolution in vivo MRI (T1, T2, QSM, and DTI), ex-vivo super-high-resolution MRI, and serial histology sections.
